About this role

The 4PL Area Manager serves as Flexport's primary representative at external 3PL/4PL partner sites, ensuring operational compliance with SLAs, SOPs, and safety standards. This role involves coaching large teams, managing forecasting and capacity planning, approving invoices, and helping define the 4PL operating model as the program scales. The position requires regular travel to domestic and international partner locations to inspect operations and hold partners accountable.
