Responsibilities

Develop and optimize 3-axis and 5-axis CNC programs for complex aerospace components
Create comprehensive work packages including setup sheets and tool lists for machinists
Design and develop custom tooling and fixtures for manufacturing processes
Resolve technical manufacturing issues and drive root cause analysis for non-conformances
Mentor team members and implement lean manufacturing principles for operational efficiency
