50% MTSS Coordinator

The Multi-Tiered System of Support Coach - Secondary role focuses on coaching school improvement through a multi-tiered system of supports within Johnston County Public Schools. This position supports continuous improvement in curriculum, instruction, data-based problem-solving, and assessment to enhance teaching and learning. The coach works to build stakeholder capacity around PLCs and the district's instructional model while ensuring core instruction aligns with MTSS critical components. The role involves designing and delivering professional development to improve student proficiency and reduce achievement gaps.
