Responsibilities

Design and implement culturally responsive lesson plans for K-5 students
Develop individualized learning goals for neurodivergent and emerging bilingual scholars
Monitor student progress using classroom data to inform instructional interventions
Create safe and inclusive classroom environments that foster joy and academic success
Collaborate with administrators and mentors to coordinate student outcomes and needs
