A-MDT Coordinator

The A-MDT Coordinator will organize and launch county-based Augmented Multidisciplinary Teams in the Finger Lakes region to address adult abuse and self-neglect. This role involves networking, facilitating meetings, conducting case consultations, and managing data collection without direct client interaction.
