This direct service position works one-on-one with children who have special needs, focusing on increasing communication, social, and verbal behavior skills while decreasing problem behavior using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). The role involves preparing for client sessions, running skill acquisition programs, and tracking behaviors through various data collection methods. ABA Clinicians report to Clinical and Administrative Leadership at the clinic and may assist with parent trainings by modeling ABA techniques.
