ABA Para / Behavior Technician

This role involves working one-on-one with a child to help build important life skills such as communication, following directions, social interaction, and independence. The position focuses on making learning fun through play, games, and positive reinforcement while celebrating progress. The individual will work as part of a team under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to follow an individualized treatment plan.
