ABA Therapist

Skill Sprouts ABA is seeking caring and dependable individuals to work 1-on-1 with children with autism and developmental disabilities, helping them build essential communication, play, and independence skills. The role involves following individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision, collecting session data, and building positive relationships with children and families. Candidates with experience in childcare, education, or caregiving are encouraged to apply, with RBT certification preferred but not required.
