ABA Training Supervisor (BCBA Required)

The Clinical Excellence Supervisor supports high-quality clinical care by delivering and managing training programs, coordinating in-person orientation, and serving as a local subject-matter expert in Cortica’s whole-child approach. The role also functions as an ABA supervisor, overseeing clinical programming, providing direct clinical and supervisory support to clients and Behavior Interventionists, and ensuring adherence to clinical and regulatory guidelines. The supervisor partners with site leadership and clinical leadership to identify training needs and contribute to program development and continuous improvement.
