About this role

The Abbott Operations Professional Development Program (OPDP) is a three‑year rotational development program for final‑year engineering students, beginning on 1 July 2027 in Singapore. Participants will rotate through three different assignments across technical, supervisory and global operations excellence functions, gaining experience in engineering, supply chain, project management, plant quality and operations excellence. The program culminates with a global overseas rotation before graduates move into full‑time roles within Abbott.

Responsibilities

Complete three 12‑month assignments across different divisions
Participate in engineering, supply chain, and quality projects
Collaborate with global operations teams during rotations
