A/C Prep Trainee

The A/C Prep Trainee assists higher-level employees in the preparation and painting of aircraft, including surface preparation, masking, and application of primer and topcoat. The role involves applying corrosion preventative materials, sanding surfaces, and ensuring compliance with safety and housekeeping policies. This position requires the ability to read blueprints, use specialized tools, and meet physical demands such as climbing ladders and lifting up to 40 pounds.
