This role promotes the success and satisfaction of graduate students at the Telfer School of Management by advising them on their academic paths from enrollment to graduation. The incumbent supports students' personal and professional growth through personalized follow-up, academic operations management, and coordination of experiential activities. The position also involves facilitating awards, organizing thesis defenses, and collaborating with internal and external partners to enhance the student experience.
