Academic Advisor, Cultural Learning Communities

The Academic Advisor for Cultural Learning Communities provides culturally responsive academic advising, educational planning, and student success coaching for students who identify as Black, African, African American, and members of the African Diaspora. The role involves helping students explore academic and career pathways, develop educational plans, access resources, and achieve retention, transfer, and completion goals while fostering belonging and community. This position operates within a hybrid office environment and reports to the Director of Cultural Learning Communities.
