Academic Advisor/Concurrent Specialist

The Academic Advisor/Concurrent Specialist provides comprehensive academic advising, enrollment guidance, and student support to promote student success, retention, persistence, and completion. The position assists prospective, current, and concurrent students with academic and career planning, program selection, course registration, degree completion, transfer opportunities, and understanding College policies, procedures, systems, and available resources. The position also provides administrative and operational support for the Concurrent Enrollment program, including student enrollment documentation, student application and data management processing, records and data management, communication with students and high school partners, scholarship information, billing support, and program coordination.
