Academic and Career Advisor

Academic and Career Advisors support a caseload of newly admitted, first-semester, and continuing students with career advising, academic planning, and registration assistance to promote student success and retention. The role requires maintaining 30 hours of weekly advising availability, participating in ongoing training, facilitating early interventions, and utilizing technology for accurate documentation. Candidates must be available for flexible schedules, including hours beyond regular operating times, and travel between MTC campuses as needed.
