About this role
The Academic Director for BEAM Summer Away serves as the instructional leader for a residential BEAM site, responsible for ensuring high-quality, student-centered middle school math instruction and guiding the campus academic vision. The role includes supporting faculty growth through coaching, training, and evaluations, and partnering with site leadership to align academic goals with operations. This is a seasonal leadership position with pre-camp preparation and intensive on-site responsibilities during the summer program.
