About this role

The Nursing Academic Success Coach provides individualized and small-group academic support to nursing students, specifically those supported by the Cabrini Grant. This role involves teaching a dedicated course, delivering tutoring in Anatomy & Physiology and nursing courses, and developing strategies to improve student retention and success. The coach collaborates closely with nursing faculty, the Student Success Center, and partner institutions to facilitate workshops and manage grant-related reporting.

Responsibilities

Provide longitudinal academic coaching and tutoring for nursing students
Teach a one-credit course dedicated to Cabrini Scholars
Design and facilitate workshops to address academic gaps
Analyze student performance to develop targeted remediation plans
Assist with grant-related data collection and compliance reporting

Qualifications
