Acceleration Academies
The Academic Support Coach supports the academic and personal success of Graduation Candidates through data-driven planning, targeted intervention, and collaborative leadership. This temporary, full-time, grant-funded role focuses on continuous improvement planning, assessment management, and implementing academic interventions to help students achieve their high school diplomas. The position also involves coordinating scheduling, supporting college and career readiness initiatives, and collaborating with staff and stakeholders to drive student success.
Acceleration Academies is an education partner that helps young adults overcome real-life challenges to earn district- or state-issued high school diplomas. Their flexible, competency-based model combines personalized support, wraparound services, and online/blended learning options so students can complete coursework on their own schedules. Working with school districts, Acceleration Academies provides curriculum, coaching, and administrative support to re-engage students and accelerate graduation.
