The Academy Director leads all aspects of FC Cincinnati's Academy program, overseeing daily sporting and administrative operations to prepare players for progression into FC Cincinnati 2 and the First Team. This role involves building an elite developmental environment, managing coach education, staffing, and talent identification while ensuring compliance with MLS and US Soccer regulations.
