About this role
The Academy Operations Assistant is a part-time, hybrid role supporting Seattle Sounders FC Academy operations and staff, helping to enable the club’s player development mission. The position begins January 2026 and is scheduled for approximately 25 hours per week, with work at the training facility and at home matches. The role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and occasional travel within Washington state.
