Academy Scout

The Academy Scout plays a key role in identifying and assisting in the recruitment of talented U12-16 grassroots players in London for the Southampton FC Academy. This part-time position involves actively scouting local football, developing networks with clubs, and collaborating with the London Lead Scout to support the recruitment structure. The role requires maintaining player records and attending games and meetings as needed.
