Access and Bed Planning RN

The Access and Bed Planning RN serves as a central resource within the Command Center and Capacity Management framework, applying clinical knowledge to coordinate patient flow across ProMedica. This role manages emergency and non-emergency transfers, real-time bed planning, and systemwide capacity optimization to facilitate safe and efficient admissions. The position requires collaboration with house supervisors, EVS, facilities management, and clinical leaders to ensure operational efficiency.
