About this role

The Access Control Specialist administers secure access to enterprise systems for the SEC ISS contract by managing the full account lifecycle, including joiner, mover, and leaver workflows. This role utilizes Microsoft Active Directory to enforce access controls while maintaining accurate documentation to support compliance, audit readiness, and operational effectiveness.

Responsibilities

Create, modify, disable, and terminate user accounts based on approved requests
Execute joiner, mover, and leaver workflows for account deprovisioning
Manage security groups, mailbox permissions, and file access rights
Maintain Access Control procedures and documentation for audit readiness
Coordinate with security owners to enforce current access controls
