Access Coordinator

The Access Coordinator serves as the first point of contact for patients, families, and referrers, handling inquiries for admission or referral. This role involves collecting and evaluating psychiatric, demographic, and insurance data to determine the appropriate level of care. The position also includes providing clinical triage, coordinating inpatient admissions, and marketing Sheppard Pratt programs to internal and external groups.
