Access Enabler

The Access Enabler role within the Psychosocial Support Program supports individuals with severe and persistent mental illness to navigate the NDIS and access community services. This position focuses on building trusted relationships, conducting recovery-focused assessments, and advocating for clients to remove barriers to their wellbeing. The role involves coordinating with clinical and non-clinical services to create personalised support plans that promote independence and inclusion.
