About this role
The Access and Reimbursement Manager (ARM) is a field-based role responsible for providing in-person and virtual education to healthcare accounts on access and reimbursement topics to support aligned product strategy. The ARM serves as the local market expert on payer policy, billing and coding, claims processing, reimbursement, and integration of manufacturer patient support programs. The role partners closely with field and cross-functional teams to support patient access and resolve coverage and reimbursement issues within assigned territories.
