About this role

The Access Senior Officer is responsible for managing humanitarian access issues for GOAL in Damascus and southern Syria, acting as the primary liaison with government bodies and key stakeholders. The role supports and mentors Access Officers across other areas, and contributes to the development of access strategies in coordination with the Safety and Access Coordinator. The position requires strong contextual knowledge of GOAL working areas and adherence to organizational safeguarding and integrity policies.
