Access Specialist II

The Access Specialist II serves as a liaison between providers and patients to ensure timely access needs are met at Nemours Children’s Hospital and partner locations. This role involves processing scheduling requests, verifying insurance eligibility, and handling registration and billing activities in the Electronic Medical Record system. The specialist communicates with patients and providers via phone, email, or web portal to schedule appointments and address financial obligations.
