Access Specialist

This role involves managing a high volume of inbound patient inquiries and requests within a remote call center environment, ensuring exceptional service and accurate patient registration. The position requires scheduling appointments, handling medication refill requests, and addressing urgent medical concerns while maintaining strict HIPAA compliance.
