Access Support Worker (Counsellor 2(A))

Access Support Workers help children and youth maintain safe contact with parents, family members, and other important people in their lives through supervised visits, transportation, and observation. The role involves supporting the safety and wellbeing of children and youth, coaching parent-child interactions, and documenting observations to support case planning. Success requires calm communication, sound judgement, and the ability to work independently in sometimes emotionally challenging situations.
