The Accessioner is responsible for the proper handling, processing, and accessioning of incoming laboratory specimens, including verifying client details and ensuring specimen adequacy. This part-time graveyard shift role involves entering orders into the laboratory information system, preparing specimens for referral, and maintaining compliance with CLIA and CAP regulations. The position requires accurate data entry, effective communication with internal and external parties, and adherence to laboratory safety practices.
