Responsibilities

Support disassembly, inspection, repair, assembly, and test processes for aerospace components
Drive continuous improvement initiatives using FLIGHT DECK methodology and lean tools
Implement new processes and monitor production flow improvements at the new MRO site
Develop technical rejection reports for nonconforming products identified during operations
Collaborate cross-functionally with operations and quality teams to ensure process readiness
