The Account Coordinator supports the Account Management and Consulting teams by providing administrative assistance, serving as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, and ensuring timely delivery of deliverables. The role involves managing client expectations, handling correspondence, preparing reports and compliance documents, and assisting with enrollment and RFP processes.
