Account Coordinator

The role supports an Account Manager by coordinating multiple fragrance development projects from initiation through completion, handling project documentation, timelines, pricing, regulatory and safety documentation, and acting as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. It involves extensive cross‑functional collaboration across evaluation, marketing, perfumery, labs, production, and other departments to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
