Account Development Representative

Account Development Representatives serve as the front line of the pipeline, converting campaign, event, and inbound interest into qualified conversations with HR and benefits leaders at large employers. The role involves self-driven prospecting, outbound calls and email campaigns, and close collaboration with marketing and sales teams. Representatives will follow up with interested prospects, research target accounts, and book discovery meetings for Account Executives.
