Account Development Representative

The Account Development Representative owns a dedicated book of 500–700 customer accounts, growing them entirely over the phone through proactive, outbound selling. This role involves building relationships with pool builders, service companies, and retailers to increase share of wallet by demonstrating how SCP/SPP can add value to their business. The representative works alongside field sales teams and Sales Centers to ensure every account receives consistent attention and support.
