Account Executive Assistant

This role supports Account Executives in marketing and servicing clients, building relationships, and managing insurance-related tasks such as issuing binders, processing invoices, and handling policy changes. The position requires maintaining accurate records in agency management systems, preparing loss summaries, and ensuring compliance with surplus lines filings and premium audits. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of insurance experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Applied/Epic systems.
