About this role
The Account Executive is responsible for achieving financial and admission goals by implementing marketing and sales strategies to promote Traditions' portfolio of services to skilled nursing facilities, rehabilitation centers, senior living facilities and senior communities. The role involves educating administrators, case workers, event planners, and social workers on the company value proposition and building relationships with referral sources. The AE collaborates with sales and support teams to drive revenue, customer satisfaction, and long-term account growth in alignment with company vision.
