Account Executive-Hospice

The Account Executive is responsible for achieving territory financial goals by selling and promoting Traditions’ portfolio of hospice and home health services to skilled nursing, rehabilitation, and senior living facilities. The role includes educating administrators, case workers, event planners, and social workers on the company’s value proposition and collaborating with sales and support teams to drive revenue and long-term account success. The position involves regular local travel and field-based relationship building across referral sources.
