Account Executive Support

This role supports Account Executives in optimizing sales and cultivating strong relationships with retail partners and key business partners across the Washington, D.C., Maryland, and Virginia territory. The position involves orchestrating in-store events, ensuring Beauty Advisors are well-trained on prestige brands, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive sales and brand presence. It requires a blend of field-based support, training, and strategic partnership to meet sales targets and elevate the customer experience.
