The Account Growth Coordinator (NIMO) serves as a customer-facing point of contact for Network IMO agents, focusing on proactive communication to deliver a first-class customer experience. This role supports the Account Growth Manager and VP, National Accounts in achieving production, growth, and profitability goals through account management, business development, and new agent onboarding. The position involves promoting L&G products, resolving agent inquiries, and collaborating with internal teams to improve business placement.
