Account Management Lead

The Account Management Lead will own Clasp’s most important client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for key accounts and driving strategy, renewals, and cross‑functional coordination. This senior role will also build the account management function from the ground up, creating playbooks, processes, and metrics while eventually hiring and mentoring a team of account managers.
