Account Management Processor

The Account Management Processor ensures customer and vendor accounts are established accurately, jobs are booked and processed efficiently, and billing is completed timely. This role serves as a key connection point between Sales, Service, Operations, Billing, AR, AP, vendors, and customers to prevent disputes, protect revenue, and improve cash flow. The position requires managing accounts receivable, accounts payable, job booking, and compliance activities while maintaining accurate documentation and resolving financial discrepancies.
