This role focuses on day-to-day client management and backup support for a book of business, handling inquiries, processing mail, and managing complex contract reviews. The position also involves contributing to agency revenue through new and renewal marketing efforts, including coordinating market-ready submissions, online rating, and negotiating terms with underwriters. The ideal candidate will leverage their insurance marketplace knowledge to build relationships with key partners and solve client problems.
