Account Manager (Client Service)

The Account Manager is responsible for the day-to-day servicing of existing clients in tandem with the Risk Advisor, focusing on developing and maintaining strong client relationships. The role involves facilitating policy changes, processing renewals, generating quotes, and supporting all daily client needs to ensure retention and satisfaction. Additionally, the position may involve servicing small business accounts, remarketing insurance programs, and identifying cross-selling opportunities.
