The Account Manager plays a critical role in onboarding, training, and activating new agents, ensuring they are fully equipped to succeed with NCD’s products. This role focuses on engaging with newly contracted agents to guide them through onboarding, training, and best practices while supporting lead generation efforts and industry events. The position also serves as a liaison between Sales and Agent Support to ensure escalated concerns are routed appropriately.
