Act as an Account Manager for TRM Labs' EMEA Public Sector team, owning the full post-sale lifecycle for a book of business. You will drive net retention and expansion by leveraging business intelligence tools to manage renewals, forecast revenue, and build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders. The role requires high autonomy to navigate a fast-paced environment focused on financial crime intelligence and AI-powered solutions.

Responsibilities

Drive net retention and expansion across public sector accounts in EMEA
Manage the full post-sale lifecycle including onboarding and renewal
Conduct commercial negotiations to secure quota for retention and growth
Maintain accurate pipeline and forecast data in Salesforce
Partner with Sales and Product teams to translate customer feedback into insights
