The Merchant Success Manager on DoorDash’s New Verticals team supports non-restaurant SMB merchants to drive their success on the platform. The role is regionally stationed within the Account Management organization, reports to a Manager, and partners closely with Sales, Product, and Operations teams. The position requires flexibility between remote and office work and occasional travel for trainings and team events.
