Account Manager

This role is responsible for end-to-end management of clients since the time they start interacting with Smartworks. It involves understanding client requirements, ensuring requirements are documented and signed off, tracking internal delivery timelines, managing client expectations, upselling and cross-selling services, working with internal stakeholders, acting as a customer champion, providing support and training, handling escalations, and managing client renewals and retention.
