Account Manager

The role involves managing an existing portfolio of customer accounts for Fonix's AI phone assistant, driving expansion revenue through upsells, renewals, and add‑ons while ensuring customers are successfully onboarded and satisfied. The Account Manager collaborates closely with Customer Success, Product, and Marketing to maintain a clean pipeline, provide accurate forecasts, and shape the company's expansion motion.
